ABOUT ALLISON
Hi, I’m Allison.
I empower my clients to challenge eating disorder thoughts and behaviors to promote intuitive eating and decrease anxiety and shame around food and body image. I am also a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian and Supervisor (CEDRD-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition-Dietetics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I then completed my Dietetic Internship at the Bronx Veterans Affairs Medical Center while earning my Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University (NYU).

I am very passionate about working with individuals struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders.
I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals at the inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient levels of care. I have presented on the topics of nutrition counseling for eating disorders and the nutritional treatment of Binge Eating Disorder. In addition, I have experience leading eating disorder support groups (ANAD) for individuals struggling with eating disorders and their friends and family.
